We are currently recruiting for a Material Handler to support the TPUB/Perform Shift team by carrying out packing, unpacking, tanker loading, and general plant operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Packing products into IBCs and drums.

  • Unpacking IBC-based raw materials into storage tanks, ensuring tanks are maintained at appropriate levels.

  • Moving IBCs and drums safely around the site and plant areas.

  • Loading product tankers in line with company procedures.

  • Completing all required plant documentation, including packing sheets, loading sheets, housekeeping checklists, and other operational records.

  • Supporting compliance with all regulatory Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.

  • Following company standards, procedures, and safe working practices.

  • Supporting other plant activities as required, depending on workload and capability.

This list is not exhaustive, and additional responsibilities across other plant areas may be required. Full training will be provided for all relevant plant duties.

Candidate Profile:

  • Essential: Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence.

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English, Maths, and other relevant subjects.

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Previous experience within a process, manufacturing, or chemical handling environment would be highly advantageous.

  • Ability to work safely, follow procedures, and maintain accurate documentation.

  • A reliable, team-focused approach with a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Job Description

Position:

Injection Moulding Technician.

In this role you will set up and run moulding production orders using existing set programs, monitoring quality output throughout the shift. You will be passionate in achieving Right First Time and Just in Time manufacture of plastic components using advanced Moulding techniques, working with and to standard work instructions and practices.

Responsibilities

  1. To take responsibility for the setting and conditioning of injection mould tools in order to satisfy production orders.
